About being creatively courageous and bringing more creative processes into the company and your work. How does creativity survive? How do you dare more, and what does it take?
The sales pitch for the talk
In this morning inspiration talk, Thomas Høirup will share creative considerations, processes, and approaches that can inspire you and that you and your team can use to bring more creativity into your work process.
Perhaps you are a creative practitioner, a communication manager—or part of a team that wants to implement and act on a creative strategy for the entire company. Thomas will provide good advice and exercises on how to go from a vibrant creative idea to the finished concept that can be anchored in the company’s strategy.
Thomas has plenty of examples and cases from the real world—and there might be a couple of fun tasks along the way.
And if you missed the influential design conference OFFF in Barcelona in May, Thomas will also incorporate examples from there, so you can gain even more perspective and creative thinking to take home.
Through his more than 25 years in the industry as a creative, Thomas has worked with ideas, branding, identities, campaigns, films, concepts, and strategy—both in Denmark and internationally. He is educated from the Danish Design School and the Rhode Island School of Design and has also received several awards along the way.

I had a lot of fun creating this talk – it was a great opportunity to entangle my personal beliefs and approaches to creativity with input from people I admire.
I showed and talked about insights from the design festival OFFF in Barcelona and from Søren Parup (creative director), Trine Kromann-Mikkelsen (Vice President of Communication, Demant), Catrine Rasmussen (Ladyboss coach) and ISAAC Film – whom I have had a lot of fun working with and for.
And of course I arranged a killer insight from Peter Stenbæk, creative director and creative mind behind e.g. the AQUA visual identity and iconic commercials like “Polle fra Snave”
I would love to talk about creativity for your company or event, too!
